Returns & Refunds

Welcome to Pixel and Aura Club! We want you to absolutely love what you receive. Every single item in our store is custom-printed especially for you the moment you place an order. Because of this made-to-order approach, our return policy looks a little different than big-box retailers, but we are always here to help make things right.

If We Made a Mistake (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

Quality is incredibly important to us. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, if the printing just isn't right, or if you received the wrong item due to our error, please let us know!

Simply reach out to us within 4 days of delivery with:

  •  a clear unboxing video (starting right from the unopened, original sealed packaging)
  • a photo of the issue
  • a photo of the original packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the issue and availability. We prioritize replacements. Refunds are issued only if replacement is not feasible. In most cases, you won’t even need to return the item back to us.

To help us resolve things quickly, we may occasionally request additional photos or information before issuing a replacement or refund. This simply helps us understand what went wrong so we can make things right as quickly as possible.

In rare cases where there is a concern about size accuracy compared to the sizing chart on our website, we kindly ask customers to place a measuring tape on the garment and take a clear photo showing the measurement. This helps us verify the sizing issue properly and ensure we provide the correct resolution. For example, if you feel the garment you received doesn't match the measurements on our size chart, we'll just need a quick photo of the item lying flat with a measuring tape across it. (Please note: that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for custom apparel and is not considered a manufacturing defect.)

A quick heads-up on custom printing: Because every item is made to order, very small variations in print placement or color can occasionally happen. Colors might also look just a tiny bit different in person than they do on a bright phone screen, which is totally normal for the custom printing process!

 

Sizing, Color Mix-ups, or Other Ordering Issues

Because your items are crafted uniquely for you, we are unable to accept standard returns or exchanges in certain situations, including if you accidentally ordered the wrong size, chose the wrong color, entered an incorrect shipping address, or simply changed your mind after placing the order. We highly recommend checking our sizing charts on the product pages and reviewing your order details carefully before placing an order to ensure everything is perfect.

Because our products are made specifically for you once an order is placed, orders unfortunately cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.

However, we know how disappointing it is to be excited about a new piece only to find it doesn't fit quite right. If this happens to you, please send us a message. We would love to offer you a generous, one-time discount code so you can grab the correct size without paying full price twice.

(Please Note: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.)

 

Lost Packages (In Transit)

If your tracking link stops updating and your package seems to have vanished in transit, don't worry—please reach out to us. We will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and take the appropriate action.

 

Packages Marked as "Delivered"

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but it hasn't made it to your hands yet, please don't worry! We warmly recommend checking with your neighbors, household members, or taking a quick look around your porch or mailbox just in case.

If it still hasn't turned up, reaching out directly to the delivery partner is usually the best next step. If you need any help figuring out how to contact them or file a missing mail claim, please let us know! We know how frustrating a missing package can be, and we are always here and happy to help guide you through it.
